Super bright and cheerful “Here Comes the Sun” White Stoneware mug. Inspired by the iconic song of the same name. This mug is very unique and extra special made with LOVE. The sun images are made from hand painted colorful paintings on newsprint paper that are transferred onto the raw unfired clay using slip. Hand cut original stencils were used to then create the sun shapes. Lyrics are hand carved into the surface. Jumbo Capacity of 18 Oz. Handmade with a slightly flared bottem and wide stable base. Glazed a deep turquoise blue on the interior and clear glaze outside. Hand stamped and inlaid. The handle is comfy and roomy. Designed to be comfortable and well balanced in the hand. So much love and time invested into the creation of this beauty.

My pottery is always 100% lead free and food safe. Kiln fired at least twice to 2200 degrees F. Designed & handmade in Texas in small batches by Lisa. Every piece is handmade, nothing mass produced.
