Super bright and cheerful “Here Comes the Sun” White Stoneware mug. Inspired by the iconic song of the same name. This mug is very unique and extra special made with LOVE. The sun images are made from hand painted colorful paintings on newsprint paper that are transferred onto the raw unfired clay using slip. Hand cut original stencils were used to then create the sun shapes. Lyrics are hand carved into the surface. Capacity of 14.75 Oz. Handmade in a reverse taper shape with a slightly flared lip. Glazed a deep turquoise blue on the interior and clear glaze outside. Hand stamped and inlaid applique. The handle is comfy and roomy. So much love and time invested into the creation of this beauty.

My pottery is always 100% lead free and food safe. Kiln fired at least twice to 2200 degrees F. Designed & handmade in Texas in small batches by Lisa. Every piece is handmade, nothing mass produced.
